Why is the theme showing up in my applications menu and not the theme menu?

Your BlackBerry does not have the meet the minimum OS (Operating System) requirements. Most themes that I now offer have a minimum requirement of OS 4.5 — Go to BlackBerry’s website here.

If you are unsure of what version OS you are running there are 2 key ways to find this information out.

1. Go to “Options” > “About” and on the 3rd line down there will be a set of numbers reflecting [v4.x.x.x] The first 2 numbers are your OS version (ie: 4.6.0.250, this is OS 4.6)
2. Compose a new email and type “myver” and then hit space. It will show your BlackBerry phone model, and OS.

Make sure when you download a theme you know your OS information. No one likes a “bricked berry.”
