Terms of Service

By purchasing any Z Man Designs Premium Theme, you agree that you will not distrubute the theme in any way. The purchased theme is for the original purchaser only. Distribution without written permission from the owner, Zach “The Z Man” Abernathy, is a violation of the terms of agreement and will be followed up with legal prosecution.

Please contact us if you have an issue with a theme offered by Z Man Designs.

Although ZMD themes have been extensively tested, Z Man Designs can offer no warranty and cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your BlackBerry as a result of installing a theme – free or premium.

Upgrade Policy

All future upgrades will be available as a free* upgrade download to all those who purchase a Z Man Designs theme. All purchasers will be notified via email. If you do not receive an email in the future (a) no upgrade has been made or (b) an unknown technical error has prevented an email from reaching you or (c) you have opted out of receiving emails alerting you an upgrade is available. If you think there is an upgrade available and you do not have it, simply drop us a line and you will be notified of what to do next.

Z Man Designs values your privacy. Please read the following information about how we handle your information.

Z Man Designs collects your name and email address each time you fill out the contact form. This information is used ONLY for internal purposes and is never shared with other entities outside Z Man Designs unless required by law enforcement. Additional information is NOT collected unless you specifically provide it.

Z Man Designs does not send bulk e-mail messages, or ‘Spam’. We only communicate with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners. We will, on occasion, send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, theme updates or important issues arise. If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.

All e-mail messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Z Man Designs without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.

If you do not wish to receive further e-mail communications from us, please contact us via the website with the subject “Unsubscribe to Emails.” We do not have an automated mail-list system because we send all of our e-mails manually.
